Reading Viaduct

I recently explored the Reading Viaduct, an elevated train track that carried trains into Philadelphia for nearly 100 years. Plans are in the works to turn the Reading Viaduct into an elevated linear park, a lot like Manhattan's High Line. Interestingly enough, it would cost ten times more to demolish the old train tracks than to create a public green space there.
